Having trouble navigating your way through the complex world of information available to you through UBC Library? Our hands-on workshops may help.
In partnership with the Research Commons, we offer a number of workshops throughout the year, ranging from library orientations to in-depth workshops on Literature Reviews, Systematic/Scoping Reviews, Citation Management tools, Research Data Management, and much more.
Everyone is welcome to attend public workshops listed on the UBC Library Instruction Calendar.
Woodward librarians offer hands-on, virtual and lecture style workshops designed to provide your students with the tools necessary to successfully do research for their course assignments. In collaboration with your Subject Librarian, a workshop can be tailored to address the specific requirements of the assignment, in addition to building the critical literacy skills that will prepare them for future degree work.
Contact your Woodward Subject Librarians to request a workshop for your course.
